A lot of people also like to check out The Starlight Theatre which is a popular restaurant & saloon, and then there is Terlingua Trading Company if you wanna grab a souvenir.
The bottom line, there is a little more to this place than some would think.
5. Check Out Nearby Areas
Within the area of what is known as Brewster County, there are many places (Alpine, Marathon, Terlingua-Study Butte, & Lajitas) that you could go and spend days exploring.
From visiting the Fort Davis area, which has one of the best observatories in the world (the McDonald Observatory), to the Big Bend Museum in Alpine, TX, these are just a few places that are worth the trip.
In terms of places to stay, you can check out the famous Gage Hotel in Marathon, but there are a wide variety of nightly rental choices in the Brewster County area.
